Congratulations!!!
About 35 folks gathered for a very warm but enjoyable picnic at Latta Park. We were joined by a Red-tailed Hawk who even brought her own dinner. She caught a rabbit right next to the pavillion as we all watched in amazement.
As promised Brad Kuntz was present to draw the name of the winner for the Goldfinch photo. Kathy Harp is now the proud owner of a Kuntz original, which we know will be worth a fortune when Brad goes big time!!!
Our next meeting will be Thursday, September 4th at a place still to be determined. Field trips for the fall should go up around the first of August. If you have any suggestions let Dave Lovett know. Otherwise have great summer and keep in touch via MAS-L.
